چکیده

Traditional loaders with engines present the drawbacks of high energy consumption and poor emissions performance. The usage an electric motor instead engine in loader can effectively improve efficiency emissions. is mainly used earthwork construction unstructured roads. Compared to automobile, during working process loader, load fluctuates violently, vibration serious. A large torque range operation, a wide speed transfer, frequently switching gears ensure power are required by loader. Therefore, automatic shift control strategy for automobile cannot be well applied directly. In this paper, novel distributed motor-driven which walking drive system hydraulic decoupled studied. rule also comprehensive considering economy proposed. Simulations carried out verify feasibility proposed strategy. results show that under “V” cycle operation condition meets requirements effect obvious reasonable. terms transfer conditions, yields ideal performance savings.
